Western State College of Law Dean and Professor of Law, Justice Halim Dhanidina (Ret.), will serve as a featured panelist for The Rule of Law and Judicial Independence, a complimentary CLE program on August 26, 2026. The panel will bring together members of the judiciary and legal community for a discussion on judicial independence, the rule of law, and a review of CCP 170.6. Justice Dhanidina will join Presiding Justice Tracie L. Brown and Assistant Presiding Judge Jayne C. Lee for the one-hour virtual program.
