Western State College of Law proudly congratulates alumnus Ray Armstrong (Class of 1988) on his appointment as Prosecuting Attorney for Boise County, Idaho. Before relocating to Idaho, Ray served for 35 years as a Deputy District Attorney in Orange County, where he dedicated his career to public service and the pursuit of justice. His appointment marks an exciting new chapter and reflects decades of commitment to serving his community.
