Western State College of Law was happy to host its 2026 Spring Alumni Mixer on April 23 at Prego in Tustin, bringing together alumni, students, faculty, and friends of the law school for an evening of connection and celebration. The event welcomed a strong turnout of alumni across generations, including recent graduates beginning their legal careers and longtime members of the Western State community. It was especially great to have distinguished alumnus Jim Heiting (Class of 1975 | Hall of Fame), a Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, in attendance at the event.

Dean Marisa Cianciarulo was also in attendance, along with faculty and leadership, including Paul Arshagouni, Robert Molko, and Glenn Koppel, reflecting the close-knit nature of the Western State community. Current students also joined, creating valuable opportunities to connect with alumni, build professional relationships, and gain insight into life after law school.

From networking over drinks and hors d’oeuvres to reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new ones, the evening exemplified the strength of Western State’s alumni network. Special thanks to the administration whose hard work behind the scenes made the event possible. Events like the Spring Alumni Mixer highlight the lasting connections formed at Western State, ones that continue well beyond graduation and contribute to a community that remains engaged, supportive, and proud.
