Western State College of Law proudly congratulates alumna Katrina Brownson (Class of 2014) on her recent promotion to Assistant District Attorney for Tulare County. Since joining the office in 2015, Katrina has demonstrated exceptional dedication to justice, particularly in cases involving domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault. With over 30 trials under her belt, many involving violent felonies, she has established herself as a skilled prosecutor and a champion for victims. In addition to her courtroom success, she was named Prosecutor of the Year in 2024 by the Visalia Knights of Columbus and is recognized for mentoring new prosecutors and leading with integrity.
