On October 8, Professor Susan Keller participated in a symposium sponsored by the Association of American Law Schools and the Journal of Legal Education, hosted at New York Law School – “Impact, Excellence, Resilience: Contemporary Views on Pioneering Legal Education Scholarship.” Participating remotely, Prof. Keller spoke on a panel about the enduring legacy of 1980s articles authored by Harvard Law Professor Duncan Kennedy.
