BIOGRAPHY
Professor Pescetti received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law. She graduated summa cum laude from Western State, where she was the class valedictorian. While in law school, Professor Pescetti served as a Dean’s Fellow, the Editor-in-Chief of Law Review, and the Director of National Competitions for the Honors Moot Court team.
Prior to becoming a visiting professor, Professor Pescetti was a member of the adjunct faculty, where she helped prepare recent graduates for the California State Bar Exam. Before her career in academia, Professor Pescetti worked as a law and motion writer for various civil litigation firms specializing in real estate dispute resolution and title and insurance fraud.
