The Western State College of Law’s Entrepreneurship Clinic (WSCLEC) provides legal advice and assistance to eligible entrepreneurs, start-ups, small businesses, and non-profits. Our mission is to support entrepreneurs and small businesses at every stage—from an initial idea to launch and beyond.

Eligibility

To be considered for our services, applicants must meet specific eligibility requirements based on both financial need and business circumstances. Due to demand, we may not be able to accept every application.
