Symplicity is our electronic job board that gives you 24/7 access to post current job opportunities. Symplicity reaches current students as well as our vast network of experienced alumni.

For your convenience, jobs can be posted on Symplicity three different ways:

  1. Jobs can be posted directly onto Symplicity (our exclusive in-house job board) directly by the employer.
  2. Download the Job Order Form and complete all fields as requested. E-mail  the form back to Career Services to  Deirdre Kelly, Assistant Dean for Career Development at

The Career Services Office at Western State offers reciprocity assistance to students and graduates of other law schools. If you are searching for employment outside of Southern California and would like to use the Career Office of another university’s law school, please send us your contact information along with the name and contact information of the law school you would like to visit. Reciprocity is granted on a case-by-case basis to students and graduates from ABA approved law schools that extend similar services to Western State students and graduates.

Requests for reciprocity must be made in writing to the Assistant Dean for Career Development. Please direct requests to:
