BIOGRAPHY

Donna Espinoza is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in Student Affairs and Financial Aid, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to supporting students throughout their educational journeys.

She began her career with Western State College of Law in 1982 and has served as the Senior Assistant Dean of Student Affairs since May 2014. Over the years, Donna has held various pivotal roles, including Director of Financial Aid, Student Financial Analyst, and Acting Registrar. In these positions, she has consistently demonstrated her dedication to student success and her ability to adapt and excel in diverse areas of student support.

As part of her current role, Donna oversees the Disability Services Office, Student Financial Services, and Student Organizations, ensuring that every student has the resources they need to thrive. She also serves as the Title IX Coordinator, working diligently to maintain a safe and inclusive campus environment.

Donna’s professional affiliations include membership in the National Association of Law Student Affairs Professionals (NALSAP) and the National Association of Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA). These connections reflect her ongoing commitment to staying current in her field and advocating for best practices in student support.

Throughout her long and accomplished career, Donna has been driven by a genuine passion for helping students reach their goals. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication continue to make a lasting impact on the Western State community.
