David Groshoff is an Assistant Professor of Law and Director of the Business Law Center here at Western State University College of Law.

Professor Groshoff teaches and publishes on a wide range of business oriented law subjects and graduate business courses, as well as current instructional techniques related to delivering those subjects; prior to his career in academia, he held several high-level posts in the financial services and sports management industries.

Professor Groshoff joined the Western State faculty in August 2010, after previously serving as an Assistant Professor of Finance in the School of Business at Providence College, a founding institution of the Big East Conference.  He also taught MBA-level classes in Finance and Managerial Economics at Northern Kentucky University’s AACSB-accredited College of Business.
